Shipping & Returns
Please read the following information below before you purchase merchandise on this website
Returns/Exchanges:
Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days with receipt for an exchange or store credit only with the following exceptions. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Pet-a-Potty units, The Pet Loo units and synthetic grass (for health and sanitary reasons).
All items being returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with all price tags attached, unused and in sellable condition.
All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending your item and copy of your purchase receipt must be included.
You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Returns/Exchanges Process:
- 1) Please call D.O.G. Pet Boutique at 1-877-354-5895 or 310-424-5807 to request an RA #.
- 2) If the return is authorized, you will be given an authorization number. Please write it on your package and on the copy of the purchase receipt being sent. Please indicate whether or not you would like a store credit or if you would like to exchange it for another item. We will charge you an additional shipping fee between $8-$25 to send your exchanged product to you.
- 3) Please use a shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package (UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Return freight will not be reimbursed.

Damaged/Defective Items:
We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 24 Hours of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. No Exceptions!
Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process.
Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable and will be considered a complete loss. We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. The merchandise sold on our online store are not guaranteed to withstand your pets behavior. Every item shipped goes through numorous control test to insure satisfaction.
Shipping:
All items with delivery addresses within the 48 Continental United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx for a Standard Shipping price. Some exceptions apply due to oversized package size and/or weight. Express shipping is available for most items.
Orders being sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged an additional shipping charge and will be notified via email. International Shipping is available, please send us a message with your request by clicking here
*Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions.
